Those that are wanting to suck of the teat of Government , those that will continue to ask for more and more largess should be ashamed of themselves.
It is time for those of us that want and cherish our GOD and our FREEDOM to speak up, speak out and VOTE for anyone who "GETS" the Constitution and considers our forefathers to be to the Profits and Heroes of their( and our) time. One penny taken from Hollywood equals a quid pro quo for socialism and a step back in time to our own slavery.
We are getting there faster than you think........
IT IS TIME.......
There is hope. There are States that are standing up to this current crop of YAHOOS and passing legislation that prohibits their respective states from any laws that Congress passes and Obama signs that would cause them to raise taxes or limit the freedom of their citizens....Good start, but there should be 50 of them(states).
Unfortunately, the Florida Governor seems enamored with Obama and even more enamored with big government and control....He is a lost cause.......
God Bless those states that have common sense and understand the 10th amendment. If Insurance companies.,GOVERNMENT(LOCAL ,STATE,AND FEDERAL)
laws,regulations,etc.,hadn't killed real-estate markets, I would be in Texas or Arizona,
(Love Alaska, but I am truly a Floridian that had the misfortune of being born in the wrong state..........With Gov.-run health care, I wouldn't live long enough to "re-acclimate" somewhere else anyway.

Understand that those that died for us and others to secure our freedom can not have died in vain. It is time we all wrote letters, started blogs,VOTE KNOWLEDGEABLY ENMASS, MARCH......
My Husband and I went to a tea party today, the 4th of July at the Villages in Florida. The 1000 or so that attended-THEY GOT IT! They don't want cap & trade, They don't want National Healthcare, they are ANGRY at the cigarette taxes by both state and federal governments,(they know it will lead to everything else eventually)

Mr. Obama:

I have had it with you and your administration, sir. Your conduct on your recent trip overseas has convinced me that you are not an adequate representative of the United States of America collectively or of me personally.

You are so obsessed with appeasing the Europeans and the Muslim world that you have abdicated the responsibilities of the President of the United States of America. You are responsible to the citizens of the United States. You are not responsible to the peoples of any other country on earth..

I personally resent that you go around the world apologizing for the United States telling Europeans that we are arrogant and do not care about their status in the world. Sir, what do you think the First World War and the Second World War were all about if not the consideration of the peoples of Europe? Are you brain dead? What do you think the Marshall Plan was all about? Do you not understand or know the history of the 20th century?

Where do you get off telling a Muslim country that the United States does not consider itself a Christian country? Have you not read the Declaration of Independence or the Constitution of the United States? This country was founded on Judeo-Christian ethics and the principles governing this country, at least until you came along, come directly from this
heritage. Do you not understand this?

Your bowing to the king of Saudi Arabia is an affront to all Americans. Our President does not bow down to anyone, let alone the king of Saudi Arabia. You don’t show Great Britain, our best and one of our oldest allies, the respect they deserve yet you bow down to the king of Saudi Arabia. How dare you, sir! How dare you!

You can’t find the time to visit the graves of our greatest generation because you don’t want to offend the Germans but make time to visit a mosque in Turkey. You offended our dead and every veteran when you give the Germans more respect than the people who saved the German people from themselves. What’s the matter with you?

I am convinced that you and the members of your administration have the historical and intellectual depth of a mud puddle and should be ashamed of yourselves, all of you.

You are so self-righteously offended by the big bankers and the American automobile manufacturers yet do nothing about the real thieves in this situation, Mr. Dodd, Mr. Frank, Franklin Raines, Jamie Gorelic, the Fannie Mae bonuses, and the Freddie Mac bonuses. What do you intend to do about them? Anything? I seriously doubt it.

What about the U.S. House members passing out $9.1 million in bonuses to their staff members - on top of the $2.5 million in automatic pay raises that lawmakers gave themselves? I understand the average House aide got a 17% bonus. I took a 5% cut in my pay to save jobs with my employer. You haven’t said anything about that. Who authorized that? I surely didn’t!

Executives at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will be receiving $210 million in bonuses over an eighteen-month period, that’s $45 million more than the AIG bonuses. In fact, Fannie and Freddie executives have already been awarded $51 million - not a bad take. Who authorized that and why haven’t you expressed your outrage at this group who are largely responsible for the economic mess we have right now.

I resent that you take me and my fellow citizens as brain-dead and not caring about what you idiots do. We are watching what you are doing and we are getting increasingly fed up with all of you. I also want you to know that I personally find just about everything you do and say to be offensive to every one of my sensibilities. I promise you that I will work tirelessly to see that you do not get a chance to spend two terms destroying my beautiful country.

FIFTH AMENDENMENT

Let us see....Where have things gone astray?

-No person shall be held to answer for capital or otherwise infamous crime unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury...
I do believe the saying now is "Any grand jury will indict a ham sandwich" Pardon me, I don't know the rules, but it seems that they are so lenient now, that if someone is brought before a grand jury and the TV says their guilty, then, there is an indictment....

-except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger...
you can add: if you are a favored politician, hollywood star or corporation favored by this administration.
I believe this is why the military prosecute there own. The military has different rules, a different code.
Military prisoners, captives( in time of war) and Military personnel that violate that code should be tried and judged by their peers. It seems there is a plan afoot to use the "World Court" instead....The Military Code of Justice, not the federal courts should be the ONLY ones dealing with P.O.W.'s -As far as I can tell, the Yahoos captured in Iraq or operating in the US on the Taliban's behalf are under that very jurisdiction...not our Constitution. The line is being blurred and the practice MUST cease!

-Double jeopardy seems safe for the moment

This is where ELECTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES ! The Supreme Court has said now that GOVERNMENT CAN take your property without just compensation as long as they can collect higher taxes.The Justices that lean left, used WORLD Courts, to determine their decision. I do believe, that in this world, our Constitution is uniquely ours..Not England's, not France"s..OURS

PAY ATTENTION FOLKS, THERE IS A NEW "SUPREME" IN THE PIPELINE, and she, like Obama, believes our Constitution to cumbersome ....IT IS FRIGHTENING

FOURTH AMENDMENT

THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO BE SECURE IN THEIR PERSONS, HOUSES, PAPERS, AND EFFECTS, AGAINST UNREASONABLE SEARCHES AND SEIZURES, SHALL NOT BE VIOLATED, AND NO WARRANTS SHALL ISSUE, BUT UPON PROBABLE CAUSE, SUPPORTED BY OATH OR AFFIRMATION, AND PARTICULARLY DESCRIBING THE PLACE TO BE SEARCHED, AND THE PERSONS OR THINGS TO BE SEIZED.

-These rights have been politicized, folded, spindled and mutilated.This is our right to privacy...You tell me where we have privacy.
-Every time we make a transaction with a credit card, someone gets the information, be it for advertising or demographic studies or tracking
-The census(every ten years has become a full blown questionaire trying to find out, your likes,dislikes, color,friends,sports-and from what I have heard(strictly rumor at this time) damn near everything including "boxers or briefs and if you own a gun"!
-DNA samples obtained illegally, in places demanded at birth for "filing",
-Medical histories "mistakenly" given to Insurance Companies

I should be able to protect my STUFF-ALL OF IT_ and give it up of my own free will, unless I violate (or law enforcement suspects I will violate)= the law). The Homeland Security Act gave Law enforcement the power to ease drop on suspected terrorists operating in this country...These people are not citizens, they do not have the same rights as you and I. And if a potential terrorist IS a US citizen, with enough proof or evidence that he/she is as big an JERK as the Alien Terrorists, then they too, should be monitored.
But this common sense allowance(for these times) has now been stopped. This administration would rather the terrorists go free, but you and I aren't so lucky.....

We have to fill out our NAME,AGE, AND NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE AND VERIFY THE ADDRESS..That information is REQUIRED by the Constitution-Nothing else(including race is required. I for one, refuse to answer the private questions. If I get thrown in jail, would someone start me a legal defense fund?

THIRD AMENDMENT

NO SOLDIER SHALL, IN TIME OF PEACE BE QUARTERED IN ANY HOUSE, WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE OWNER, NOR IN TIME OF WAR, BUT IN A MANNER TO BE PRESCRIBED BY LAW.
- Hey! HOORAY for our side! This one hasn't been violated,subverted or even messed with(so far)

THE SECOND AMENDMENT

A WELL REGULATED MILITIA, BEING NECESSARY TO THE SECURITY OF A FREE STATE, THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP ND BEAR ARMS, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

It is short, sweet, and to the point. Let me break it down by definition :
-A well regulated: There must be rules to follow to prevent tyranny
being necessary to the security of a free state; to protect against criminal activities such as terrorism,theft,the threat of bodily harm.
- The right of the people: "THE PEOPLE" includes all of us!(not just the elected officials,police,military,millionaires,etc.)
-to keep and bear arms: This is not referring to an anatomical part of our bodies- "ARMS" refers to guns,rifles, etc..
-Shall not be infringed: Infringed is NOT the addition of "Fills" this means- act so as to limit or undermine something

So let us put this altogether in real everyday language.Language that even Obama can understand.
A Law-abiding group or groups of people, being necessary to protect his or her family from a tyrannical Government,a creep that breaks into his/her home,etc...have a right to own and use a gun when threatened, or for personal survival and this bunch of YAHOOS in Washington can not(by our Constitution) take them(guns) away.

I believe that the Congress knows this, so that will attempt to TAX guns away. It has already been shown that the have no aversion to hypocrisy, not violating the Constitution any chance they get. The hypocrisy is displayed when they say they are taxing to raise revenue on, say cigarettes .They need the revenue to pay for government programs in one advertisement, in the other advertisement they tell you to quit smoking-it will kill you so we are going to tax it to create a false incentive to quit.
The non-smokers will say YEAH! tax 'em to make them quit-It won't affect me. The smokers (having be subjected to this type of confiscation for years) will tell you-NEXT, THEY COME FOR YOU.....
