OK- A BREAK FROM OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS....
HAS ANYONE THOUGHT TO CHECK OUT THE EXISTING REGULATIONS FOR INSURANCE COMPANIES? CAN THEY GO NATIONAL OR DO THEY HAVE TO BE REGULATED BY A COMBINATION OF THE STATE AND THE GOVERNMENT
ARE THEY ALLOWED (BY WASHINGTON ( TO ELIMINATE SOME COVERAGE THAT DOESN'T APPLY?
ARE THEY ALLOWED ..........
I have no clue what the Congress has mandated,as well as what the States have mandated...Could it be as simple as saying "all of the regulations that we have put in place FOR THE PAST 40 YEARS(OR SO) in Washington Be now null and void"? A simple mandate that would allow the State Legislators to debate the issue?(AND POSSIBLY GET RID OF THEIR OWN REGULATORY CRAP).
Seems to me that this would cost nothing.

(ok-so far this one doesn't apply nor can I think of a contemporary comparison)
-He-has constrained our fellow citizen taken captive on the high seas to bear arms against their country, to become executioners of their friends and brethren, or to fall themselves by their hands.
(same as the last-unless I really stretch my imagination and think of ACORN )
-He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian savages, whose known rule of warfare, is undistinguished destruction, of all ages sexes and conditions.
(If I recall, Obama stated (very often) he wanted bi-partisanship and unity with all races, yet has incited and exaggerated the differences of each of us, associated with those that are racially biased, promotes a nepotism amongst his appointees, and has turned the phrase "class warfare" into a war-cry".)

He has combined with others to subject us to a Jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and unacknowledged by our LAWS; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation:
-For quartering large bodies off Armed troops among us
(not armed with guns-armed with propaganda,falsehoods and intent on chaos)
-For protecting them, by a mock trial, from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of the United States:
( Substitute AG Holder"s "lack of evidence" excuses for dropping charges on those who contributed and substitute the word felonies for the word murders)
-For cutting of trade with all parts of the world
(see budget bill he signed. Watch future Tarp,hand-outs and healthcare bills they are bound to have SOMETHING in them if the Dem's stay true to form)
-For imposing taxes on us without our consent
(see EVERY Legislative body since WILSON,however NONE have been as sneaky. None have been as disingenuous,and None have lied to us as much to get it done so quickly) .
-For depriving us, in many cases, of the Benefits of trial by jury:
(one could say by rigging juries,railroading by the press, mis-information... the same is accomplished)
-For transporting us beyond the seas to be tried for pretended offenses;

-For abolishing the free system of English Laws in a neighboring Province, establishing therein an arbitrary Government
and enlarging its boundaries, so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these colonies:
(THough we are no longer colonies, look at what thie administration has done to the banks,the automotive manufacturers,now the Federal reserve.....It is the same in principle to that of the Late King George......Darn, isn't that what they all called President Bush? NAH-I must be dreaming)
-For taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our Governments:

OK OK A break in the Constitution lesson. I just couldn't stand it anymore.
When is this Manchurian Candidate going to stop taking over our Government with dissent. The Dems are on his side, The so-called "Mainstream media" is on his side.......I can not take it.
For all of this Yahoo's ranting about Fox News, at least they are giving us information and keeping us (who bother to watch) all sides. We are supposed to intelligent enough to GET IT, TO SORT IT OUT, TO PICK OUT THE LIARS AND CHOOSE THE ONES WITH INTEGRITY!
I believe I am not alone in shunning the propaganda being fed in the schools,the TV News, and the Newspapers. I have a friend that has gone so far as to limit his exposure. His, like my blood pressure can't take it. If I weren't such a glutton for punishment and I weren't such a News Junkie, I would do the same.

For God's sake, there must be Conservative THINKERS out there that Can RUN FOR THE HOUSE AND SENATE THAT WILL NOT BE CORRUPTED BY THIS ADMINISTRATION, nor by the Leaders of the House and Senate. The sate of Florida has ONE that I am aware of, that is running for the Senate. He is Marco Rubio. I urge you all out there, to type in his name and check him out. He at least appears to have HONOR ,INTEGRITY, AND IS PRINCIPLED IN HIS BELIEFS.
Every state IN THE UNION NEEDS TO FIND AT LEAST ONE THAT IS RUNNING THAT FITS THE CONSERVATIVE CRITERIA AND NOT ONLY VOTE FOR HIM?OR HER BUT WORK FOR HIM/HER IN YOUR DISTRICT.
The disillusioned Republicans that stayed home gave us this mess. For God's sake, DON"T DO IT AGAIN! Even McCain would have been better than this. Most of all, the Once GREAT STATE of Maine MUST get rid of Collins and Snowe at the first opportunity;
Connecticut, you need to get rid of Dodd. West Virginia.get rid of Byrd, and for God's Sake....California, smarten up and get rid of Pelosi........THE LIST GOES ON.......or we can give up,stay home and call Obama "supreme Leader".

He has called called together Legislative Bodies at places unusual,uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
(OK, Representatives and Senators no longer have to travel to England to be intimidated, they are now extorted and cajoled in the White House)
He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
(Our houses have not been dissolved, however, they are being usurped by all of the appointed-not elected-CZARS OF THE WHITE HOUSE)
He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of annihilation, have returned to the people at large for their exercise; the state remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without and convulsions within.
(President Obama, with the help of an uninspiring press, have turned over elections to the likes of ACORN,the unions,the modern Robber Barons(IE:George Sorros, Warren Buffet) in order to consolidate the power of the democrats and to socialize the economy of these United States.
He has endeavored to prevent the population of these states; for that purpose obstructions the laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their mitigation's hither, and raising conditions of new appropriations of lands.
(The Democrats and Moderate Republicans have for many years, not adhered to their own laws. They have allowed ILLEGAL Immigrants passage,social comforts, education and full access to our Constitution.Now the president has approved of a Democratic bill to fund ACORN and have this same group take charge of the census.; presumable for the purpose of making sure that loose ends(statistics are interpreted) are tied before the next election. Just today, the Dems squashed a bill to dis-allow ACORN from taking part in the census.)
He has obstructed the administration of Justice, by refusing his assent to laws for establishing judiciary powers.
(Now it is OK to filibuster a Supreme Court Judge if He/She has promised to follow and defend this document. His Attorney General has already shown his favoritism by dropping a suit against the black panthers for intimidation at certain polling places during the election. He (Attorney General Holder) has also fired an AG for investigating a friend of Obamas.
He has made judges dependent on his will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
(although an AG is not the same as a judge,...see above and wait. This administration has only been in office 6 months)
He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harness our people, and eat out their substance.
(THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS,BUT NOW IT IS TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL! Czar this Czar that,Committee this, Committee that,None are accountable to the PEOPLE who pay them, ALL are accountable to the President.)
He has kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies, without the consent of our Legislature.
