WHEN IN THE COURSE OF HUMAN EVENTS, IT BECOMES NECESSARY FOR ONE PEOPLE TO DISSOLVE THE POLITICAL BONDS WHICH HAVE CONNECTED THEM WITH ANOTHER, AND TO ASSUME AMONG THE POWERS OF THE EARTH, THE SEPARATE AND EQUAL STATION TO WHICH THE LAWS OF NATURE AND OF NATURE'S GOD ENTITLE THEM, A DECENT RESPECT TO THE OPINIONS OF MANKIND REQUIRES THAT THEY SHOULD DECLARE THE CAUSES WHICH IMPEL THEM TO SEPARATION.

This is the FIRST paragraph of the DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE. This is the paragraph that no one can remember nor recite(well, most of us), yet this of of the utmost importance, Our Government has lead a steady charge to insure that judges do not judge equally,legislature creates laws,yet enforces them unequally, and appears marching towards a Godless and unruly society with glee.
It has taken over 200 years for our elected leaders to unravel our civil and prosperous society. I has been done mostly under the guise of empathy,yet it has hurt and discouraged that which has made us great.
I do not know what the first "Public"" entity was-Public education,Public water works, Public this,Public that.... Community this, Community that...it makes no difference, but I believe once (the above) are established a wee bit of our soul is traded for a wee bit of (false) security and we become just a wee bit complacent.
A false accusation, a "ginned" up hatred for one man,one company,one item, an education that has gradually become union and government indoctrination , a a press core that wants to sensationalize and idolize are partially to blame for the demise of our precious Constitution.
It is time we all reacquaint ourselves with the Constitution of the United States of America. It is time (in Stephen King's word) "To Stand".
I have had a copy of the Declaration of Independence since I was 10 and I have given most of my God-Children,nieces and nephews a copy on or about their tenth birthday. I want them to understand what they will lose if they neglect history or substitute propaganda for fact.
The Eagle has soared. The Eagle now appears old and abused. Since 1777, The American Bald Eagle has symbolized what is supposed "best "in this country. Now the feathers no longer shed water,it's flight is hindered by false promises and it's bravery is stifled by an insidious master. Hopefully, Our eyes will open and our hearts will soar enough to assist the American Eagle back to it's former grace and Independence and again restore Washington 's original purpose.

ADD TO THE LIST-our CONSTITUTION

Can anyone tell me how putting the middle class out of work then stealing what money they have to live on is going to grow this Country?
Now we have a Supreme Court backing the "Obama -All be poor plan". If the Supreme court actually believed in the Constitution, they would have taken the case and ruled in favor of the dealerships. In my mind, this whole "taking of property with out compensation" is UN-Constitutional. I thought the Justices swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution. Did this somehow get scrapped with all of our other rights and freedoms?
Right now I feel like taking a chain-saw to a tree,cutting it up and burning it while roasting a cow,eating a candy bar and smoking a cigarette!
As a refresher coarse for all of you out there that give a DAMN....(if there are any left) I am posting our Constitution, including the preamble.....One piece at a time....Read it, Love it,live it or go to a country that doesn't have it.....

Thank you Gov. Crist and Cronies in the Legislature. I have lost another friend to a state that doesn't confiscate their money at every turn. They will be able to drill a well, there by not eligible for Aloha and Fugua to screw them. They will be able to own their property without their government telling them how to mix their water, what toilets they must have,what car they must buy,and how tall the grass can't be.
They are moving to a state that has job opportunities.
they are moving to a state that doesn't through money at education, it allows it's teachers to teach.
They are moving to a state that doesn't screw it's elderly at every turn.
They are moving to a state that admires and promotes conservation not eco-freakism.
They are moving to a state that promotes individual freedom and hard work.
They are moving to a state that has a surplus because they utilize, mine for and drill for their own energy.
They are walking away from their home, leaving Florida behind because there is nothing left here for them.
They are going to a state where there isn't a" code-de jour" to build a home.
They are going to a state that allows a free market to work.
They won't have to pay tangible tax
they are going to a state that has no corporate tax
They are moving to a state that encourages small business-not JUST BIG BUISNESS

THEY ARE NOT GOING TO CALIFORNIA OR UPSTE FLORIDA, THEY ARE GOING TO TEXAS---WHERE FREEDOM AND SELF-RELIANCE LIVES and THERE IS NO PSC AND VERY FEW(IF ANY)CZARS)

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH The GM (Government Motors) I can hardly wait......

Lets see. Ethanol proved not only less efficient, but damages engines. It also threatened the food supply -It won't make a single plastic computer-case
Bio-fuel is very expensive and won't make a single tire
solar fuel-very expensive-won't make a single medical devise
Wind-power-very expensive ,kills birds and Sen. Kennedy doesn't like their looks it won't make a single piece of clothing
curly-cue light bulbs need a toxic waste removal procedure or a hazmat team to clean it up
and one final thought-without oil we can not build the stupid Obama egg vehicle that he wants GM to produce-I suppose some clever MIT Grad can come up with a hemp based product to do the upholstery and the body...ooops-it's illegal here in the states....
THE CONCLUSION: WE WILL HAVE TO HAVE THIS UNAFFORDABLE,UNSAFE VEHICLE'S PARTS IMPORTED FROM OTHER COUNTRIES AND ASSEMBLED AND PURCHASED HERE......NOW WE GET TO NOT ONLY IMPORT OUR ENERGY,BUT OUR LIVELIHOODS TOO,....BUT WE GET TO KEEP ALL OF OUR BENEVOLENT DICTATORS PROGRAMS TO SUSTAIN US........

HEALTHCARE AND CZARS

Has anyone else got the feeling that all of a sudden we have more czars here than Old Russia dId? It is getting to the point that appointed-not answerable to any of the electorate-answer no question Czars are more populous in Washington than Senators. Is this the change that we were promised by the Obama crowd?
It appears that we are getting all the misery,regulation, government control and angst without even getting to watch a coronation on TV........
Is there a Health Czar yet-I know they have talked about it. If and when they announce that, it would behoove us all to immediately go out and use our last rupee (err-dollar ) to purchase all the booze,cigarettes,seeds,flour,rice and canned goods to last for enough years to elect someone with a brain of his/or her own. Maybe "Todus" is really running this country or maybe George Soros is really running this country. Most likely George Soros-He never like us much anyway.........,
The Hope is (from here) that the Tea-Parties were the first shot over the bow of this administration. I do feel a rebellion at hand-Let the protests begin! I don't know about anyone else, but I think I would be a bit hesitant to attend a BBQ that had only dates,lamb ribs, and salad(no bacon bits). What on earth is going on in Obama's head?
Independence Day (4th of July) is a day to celebrate FREEDOM. Why invite an individual that not only believes in oppression, but also slavery.
Obama is in Saudi Arabia bowing (no doubt) to those that would ruin our economy for their own gain and apologizing( no doubt) for our lack of Mu slum finesse. Why does this man feel that reaching out to our enemies means trashing the very country that gave him the freedom to become her president. Evidently he is going to ask them to take some of the Guantanamo detainees.
Wouldn't surprise me. It also wouldn't surprise me if once Saudi Arabia accepted these thugs, that they let them go...back to there wonderful,peaceful life of bombing,beheading and bewildering...oh yeah, kumbaya anyone?
Now Hillary is saying how tough we MIGHT be with North Korea. Back to Kumbaya.
Obama is telling us how wonderful things are going to turn out if we just spend more money we don't have,.
Obama wants universal healthcare-YEAH FREE HEALTHCARE-NOT..........your and my taxes will increase. Didn't you hear the "New" pay as you go plan? That is Democrat code-speak for" you are screwed again!"
My only question is..."Why work" Obama is just going to translate your hard work into his play-dates with Michele and more private military flights for Pelosi.
Wouldn't it make more sense to stop working, let your house go into foreclosure, learn Spanish,declare yourself an indigent(in spanish) and just sit back and collect.

WOE TO FLORIDA

It is a damn shame that Gov. Christ has decided to sign the latest budget for the state of Florida. It appears that the republicans and democrats have decided that unless we are taxed to the max, we should not be able to enjoy our lives as we see fit.
If the legislature wants money so badly, they should be encouraging smokers to increase their habit.They should be encouraging obesity in children and adults.
Where, pray tell, is the logic. I am Blonde and I understand that if the price of something is higher than its worth, one doesn't buy it, therefore consumption goes down and revenue goes down with it.
The current crop of legislators appears to be hell bent for election to follow California's formula for population control. More people are leaving California to escape the regulation excess and tax excess than are moving into the state. This applies to business also. Why would one move into a state that penalizes it's population with excessive insurance,taxation,regulation etc..
Please don't tell me that property taxes weren't raised, therefore we are the good guys. Watch your trim notice. The county will manage to value your home at what they THINK it will market for then tax accordingly. The value goes down, the millage goes down, and the school system raises theirs to compensate. The last time my taxes were "lowered" all of the assessments were raised and my bill still went up over 100.00. The state workforce increased,the private sector layed off. The unemployment office gets swamped, therefore the state employment increases again and taxes have to go up to accommodate. It is a vicious cycle
TEXAS IS LOOKING BETTER AND BETTER.......Texas and Alaska know how to use their resources wisely. They have managed to profit from the drilling of oil and all of their other resources. Florida has decided that solar,wind(neither can be exported) and funky cars that can not accommodate a family or a person in a wheelchair is the way to go-GOOD LUCK. Someone ought to check out Spain. According to them, it costs WAY more to train someone in "Green Technology" than they pay and the unemployment rate has skyrocketed.
I do believe we are losing our country to a bunch of IDIOTS!
