OUR FOREFATHERS DECLARATION CONTINUED

HE has affected to render the military independent of and superior to the Civil Power.
(this has not occurred-yet-this administration appears to have to much disdain for the military and would rather Chicago pals,ACORN,and all LIBERALS that contributed to his coffers)
He has combined with others to subject us to a Jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution, and unacknowledged by our LAWS; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation:
-For quartering large bodies off Armed troops among us
(not armed with guns-armed with propaganda,falsehoods and intent on chaos)
-For protecting them, by a mock trial, from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of the United States:
( Substitute AG Holder"s "lack of evidence" excuses for dropping charges on those who contributed and substitute the word felonies for the word murders)
-For cutting of trade with all parts of the world
(see budget bill he signed. Watch future Tarp,hand-outs and healthcare bills they are bound to have SOMETHING in them if the Dem's stay true to form)
-For imposing taxes on us without our consent
(see EVERY Legislative body since WILSON,however NONE have been as sneaky. None have been as disingenuous,and None have lied to us as much to get it done so quickly) .
-For depriving us, in many cases, of the Benefits of trial by jury:
(one could say by rigging juries,railroading by the press, mis-information... the same is accomplished)
-For transporting us beyond the seas to be tried for pretended offenses;
(Has not happened, but alot of the rhetoric points to this administration's preferring the World Court over our own.)
-For abolishing the free system of English Laws in a neighboring Province, establishing therein an arbitrary Government
and enlarging its boundaries, so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these colonies:
(THough we are no longer colonies, look at what thie administration has done to the banks,the automotive manufacturers,now the Federal reserve.....It is the same in principle to that of the Late King George......Darn, isn't that what they all called President Bush? NAH-I must be dreaming)
-For taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our Governments:
(Since January 20th of this year, contracts have been negated,laws ignored,our Constitution ignored,felons dismissed.It has been many years that those laws protecting our Freedom Of Religion have been distorted and obscured by secular and hateful judiciaries. It now appears this (it is number one)is now freedom FROM Religion...)
-For suspending our own Legislators, and declaring themselves invested with Power to Legislate for us in all cases what-
soever:
(Every Czar that has been appointed has also been anointed with the power of the Presidency. He/She can and has circumvented our Elected Leaders to do the Presidents bidding.....This is despotism)
